Effective January 1, 2021 you will have direct access to our STAR associates, as well as network products and services that are only available to network members supported directly by the STAR Network. With this transition, your STAR Network Membership Agreement will not be impacted and will remain fully in place. And, most importantly, your cardholders' experience will remain unchanged.
In order to effectively transition support, we will simply need updated contact information from you no later than March 30, 2021.
